Somebody really loves chalk in the NW area. This is just one of many chalk drawings that have been popping up along 22nd starting around Glisan and heading towards LoveJoy during the spring and summer months. The one above has been washed away but I'm sure more will come. It seems the person above may have a love of an Indian actress, or simply like the word which has several meanings.... Of course it could simply just be the artist name...
