I seen someone actually riding one of those at my local starbucks a few months back. It was insane. lol. I bet he falls a lot. :/
I haven't seen any of these around portland but many of the uni cycles and custom bikes... I think if you ride any of the sort then falling is either something you learn to do really well or you learn to avoid all together.
